What is included

Whether it’s storm damage, a burst pipe, flooding or backed up sewage overflow. It’s important once the problem has been stopped (eg, the plumber has stopped the leak) that the next step is to extract the water before mould and bacteria starts to grow.

Step 1 -

Extract as much water as possible with our specialised hydramaster truck mount system.

Step 2 -

Lift up all carpet and pull out all drenched underlay

Step 3 -

Mould treatment on the backing of the carpet plus browning treatment

Step 4 -

Dry out floor and carpet with dehumidifiers and air movers

Step 5 -

Relay new underlay, re-stretch carpet, and then shampoo and deodorise to a fully restored Carpet
